Mission Africa Exists to Make Disciples and Plant Churches from Cape to Cairo.
Unity - We encourage unity in diversity, celebrating the redemptive gifts of our racial, cultural, and denominational distinctives by intentionally building relationships and working with those who are different.
African - We are committed to ministry within the African context, avoiding the unnecessary use of resource-intensive western models.
Leadership - Leadership is not a position of titles or power, but a seat for service and influence. We esteem the greatness of servant leadership, the need for transformational leadership, and the power of transcending leadership.
Integrity - Integrity is the quality of being of sound moral principle, especially in honesty and sincerity. We practice personal and corporate integrity, rejoicing in the necessity of stewardship and accountability.
Excellence - Excellence is doing the best we can with the resources and gifts we have been given. We are committed to excellence in all that we do.
Mission Africa fulfills its vision by training Africans to reach Africa.
Mission Africa makes disciples and plants churches through a strategy of reproduction and multiplication.
